great advantage may be expected from them, if the Colonies will legislate in a similar manner:
The
general principle underlying these measures is to create a federation of all British Courts, for the purpose, (1) of mutually enforcing judgments, in whatever Court recovered, in the
Court of the place where the person against whom the judgment has been recovered, is found, (2) of making vesting orders in Bankruptcy operative wherever made throughout all British Courts, and (3) of similarly making orders for Winding up Companies wherever made available in all British Courts. The
